This app also needs to add an availability feature, I dislike having to tell my employer verbally my availability and having to remind them. There are many other employees and I’m sure it’s hard to keep track. I want to be able to go in the app and add my availability as well as request time off. Another feature to have is a shift switch, sometimes we as employees want to switch shifts with others and we can’t do that in the app.
